As far as I can remember, I've always had a love affair with fashion & fitness. From playing dress up with my grandma's clothing, putting on fashion shows with cousins, and making my own Barbie's clothes, I was in love with the infinite possibilities of what fashion could do for the self-esteem. 

 

As a child, the fashion & fitness that inspired me were the neon colored unitards, leg warmers, and big hair. My mom was a huge fan of Jane Fonda & Denise Austin. Just hearing "Physical" by Olivia Newton John brings back memories. (And back then, I thought the song was about working out! lol.) 

 

Physical activity was apart of my lifestyle early on, I cheered and played varsity volleyball. It wasn't until college that I decided to opt out of pursuing the pre-med curriculum, but to really go for my dream of Fashion Design.

After graduating from fashion design school, I packed my bags and headed out west to the Golden State, the land of movie stars and fancy cars. For over a decade, my styling work has graced hundreds of pages of magazines, red carpets, and tv appearances from major A-List celebrities, like, Kim Kardashian, Matthew McConaughey, Kate Beckinsale, Scarlett Johansson, Robin Thicke, just to name a few.

Five years ago, my two worlds of fashion & fitness would collide when I was hired to style Celeb Fitness trainer Autumn Calabrese. Not even an hour after we met, we became instant friends & soon after became business partners creating the AC for BeachBody apparel line. Our line was so successful that they couldn't re-order it fast enough! 

​

Autumn has been encouraging me to do a fashion blog since I've known her and isn't it funny how Dec 2017, I finally listened? And it was because of her and the 400+ women in a Facebook group called "Prepared To Be Obsessed" that asked me to create an outlet to show them how to get Autumn's looks. The rest is well, like they say, history!
