SuperBowl Snax: Cauli-tot Nachos

1 bag of @farmwisefoods Veggie tots in either cauliflower or broccoli. (I chose cauliflower.) 2 Roma tomatoes 1/2 c. of @daiyafoods dairy-free shredded cheddar cheese 1 small avocado 2 TBSP fresh salsa (your favorite) 4 TBSP @daiyafoods cream cheese (chive & onion flavor) Garnish with cilantro & lime wedges

Directions 1.) Air fry cauli-tots at 400 for 8 minutes. 2.) Halfway through (at 4 minutes) gently toss 3.) While cauli-tots are air frying, chop tomatoes, slice avocados, and lime wedges. 4.) Use a plastic baggie as a piping bag for the cream cheese. Put the cream cheese in the bag first, clip the corner. 5.) After cauli-tots are cooked. Transfer a microwaveable plate. 6.) Sprinkle dairy-free cheese ontop and microwave on high for 1 minute. 7.) Remove from microwave and add the rest of toppings: tomatoes, salsa, avocado, cream cheese, and cilantro. 8.) Serve to your friends & enjoy!!
