WEEK 2: TRUST
Trust the process they say, . . .how many times do you hear that echo through your brain when you are eating your 5th green container of the day? Good news is, I am eating more more food than I have ever eaten in my life. Bad news is, . . .I feel like rabbit. But if the saying is true "You are what you eat?" And well, rabbits eat all the veggies, . . .how many times have you really ever seen an overweight rabbit? Am I right? Then this little fit bunny must continue on her veggie journey. The cast of 80 Day Obsession had a few pointers in the greens categories, it's simple: Find veggies YOU love!
Right now, I am on this bok choy, brussel sprouts, zucchini, mushrooms, and broccoli vibe.
Even the sore muscles makes me want it more, . . .did I just type that? I guess I did. When you feel good, it becomes an addiction. Or maybe it's an obsession.
