After finding out my food sensitivities and allergies, I decided to make STIR allergy friendly. I was determined to not be limited by what I can't have and discover flavorful, fulfilling foods that nourished my body & my soul. Most of the recipes found on this page will be a combination of pescatarian and plant-based.
As the daughter of a Chef, these recipes are delicious but are egg-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, gluten-free, cane sugar-free, wheat-free, and limited on grains (as I am severely allergic.).
